As an SG Clean accredited casino, the health, safety and well-being of our guests and team members are always our top priority.

Since our reopening, a suite of stringent and comprehensive safe management measures have been implemented in accordance with the national guidelines.

We are fully committed to ensuring guests are protected every step of their journey from the moment they arrive based on the three principles of Safe Entry, Safe Experience and Safe Environment:

  • Thorough cleaning, sanitisation and disinfection of all high touch points, surfaces and common areas in the casino, with intensified frequency. These include all gaming tables, electronic gaming machines, tables and seats in lounges and restaurants.
  • Across the casino, antimicrobial coating, which is effective in eliminating 99.9% of bacteria and viruses, is extensively applied to all surfaces.
  • For the safety of our guests and dealers, we chose to alternate our electronic gaming machines, limiting the number of players per gaming table, while installing antimicrobial-coated acrylic safety shields at all gaming tables and machines.
  • As for safe distancing measures, all gaming table seats are spaced at least one-metre apart. Safe Management Ambassadors are deployed across the gaming floor to ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and safe distancing measures.
  • Gaming chips collected from customers are cleaned and sanitized. Playing cards are disposed after two hours of use.
  • Team members in close contact with patrons are required to put on face shields and masks when on duty. Hand sanitisers are widely available. Dealers are required to disinfect hands before entering and exiting pits, and after handling items from patrons.

We have also consulted closely with medical experts to introduce enhanced safety features. For example, we explored and adopted industry-leading measures to provide as much fresh air circulation as possible to maintain optimal air quality in the casino that exceeds the standards of commercial facilities. Leveraging technology and innovation, we achieved this by increasing the supply of fresh air through a combination of HEPA (high efficiency particulate air) air filters, Ultraviolet C treatment and air ionisers deployed across the gaming floor.

Frequently Asked Questions

In line with the latest Covid-19 regulations, only fully vaccinated guests and guests who have either recovered from COVID-19 or have a valid negative pre-event test (PET) result may enter the casino. The negative PET result (24hrs) must be valid until the next day for entry. Please present your TraceTogether app or token upon entry.

As part of the enhanced safe management measures, drinking, eating or smoking is strictly prohibited within the Casino.

  • Consumption of food and drinks are only allowed for fully vaccinated guests within the F&B outlets.
  • Smoking is only allowed at designated smoking pods

Dining in will only be allowed for fully vaccinated guests, capped at 5 per group.

For guests who have been vaccinated overseas, please bring along hard copies of the relevant documents as your vaccination status may not be reflected in the TraceTogether app or in HealthHub.

Yes. To ensure the safety of everyone during this period, the following safety measures are in place.

  • Alternate Slots and Electronic Table Games machines are kept empty.
  • Acrylic shields are installed at table games, slots and electronic table games machines.
  • Acrylic shields are installed at all membership and cage counters / tables.
  • Contactless transaction (RFID card reader at table games/cage, card reader at F&B outlets.)
  • Chips and cash are cleaned after every game before placing back into chip tray.
  • High touch areas are treated with antimicrobial coating.
  • Cleaning / disinfecting of common areas are done every 2 hours.
  • Playing cards are disposed after two hours of use.
  • Increase supply of fresh air through a combination of HEPA (high efficiency particulate air) air filters, Ultraviolet C treatment and air ionisers deployed across the gaming floor.
