You can apply in person at any of our Genting Rewards membership kiosks or counters within the casino at Resorts World™ Sentosa.

Genting Rewards membership is free.

Genting Rewards Membership Card is non-transferable. 

You need to apply for a new Genting Rewards membership at any Genting Rewards membership kiosks or membership counters within the casino. 

Genting Rewards membership counters are located inside and outside the casino.

Entry levy is applicable to all Singaporeans and Permanent Residents. There are options of a day levy of S$150 for 24 hours or an annual levy of S$3,000 for a year. Only persons who are 21 years old and above are allowed to enter the casino.

You are required to present your Genting Rewards Membership Card to enjoy the benefits and privileges.

You may replace your Membership Card at any Genting Rewards membership kiosk or membership counter.

You may reset your PIN at any of the Genting Rewards membership kiosk, through the Genting Rewards website or via the Genting Rewards mobile application. 

You may check your GP and GD balance in the Genting Rewards website or the Genting Rewards mobile application under the Home page.
Alternatively, you may check your GP and GD balance at any Genting Rewards membership kiosk or membership counter.

Please note that as your personal information and privacy is important to us, Resorts World™ Sentosa is not able to disclose any of your details/3^rd party information through email replies due to data protection.

GD cannot be used to purchase casino entry levy.
Controlled items like cigarettes and other tobacco products are also not permitted for GD redemption. Members may choose to pay by cash or with credit card.

No, this is not allowed. The benefits of Genting Rewards Membership are non-transferable and members must be present upon redemption.

GD are not exchangeable for cash.

There is no limit to the amount of GD you can redeem from your Genting Rewards membership account.

Any Base GD earned is valid for 24 months from the date earned.

Any Rebates GD awarded is valid for 3 months from the date of awarding.

The GD accumulated may be capped, and Resorts World™ Sentosa may revise the applicable cap at its sole discretion.

No, GD earned in Singapore can only be used at Resorts World™ Sentosa.

No, products and services redeemed with GD cannot be refunded. Please check the product at the participating outlets prior to making any GD redemption.

Members may be entitled to be awarded rebates GDs based on the number of GPs earned in the previous month. If a member is entitled to at least 5 rebates GD, such rebates GD shall be awarded and valid up to 3 months from the date of award. Rebates GD will not be credited if a member has less than 5 rebates GD.

Available to Gold Club Members and above, simply attain primary criteria of your Genting Rewards membership tier and receive 20% Retention Bonus. With that, you only need to accumulate another 80% of Genting Points to secure your Genting Rewards membership status for the following year.
