General

Genting Rewards Membership is open to individual persons aged 21 years old and above.

You can apply in person at any of our Membership Counters within the casino at Resorts World™ Sentosa.

Please present your original passport or employment pass (for foreigners only), National Registration Identity Card (NRIC), or SAF11B at the Membership Counter to apply.

No, Membership is free. New member will be issued a Genting Rewards Classic Membership Card.
No, each Membership Card is exclusive to the individual person.
If you are an existing Genting Rewards Member of any property within the Genting Group Genting properties, you may be eligible for a corresponding Membership Tier at Resorts World™ Sentosa. Please visit any of our Membership Counters with your existing card for more information.
Our Membership Counters are located inside the casino. Please bring along your identification document(s) for verification purposes.
Entry levy is applicable to all Singaporeans and Permanent Residents. There are options of a day levy of S$100 for 24 hours or an annual levy of S$2,000 for a year. Only persons who are 21 years old and above are allowed to enter the casino.
You are required to personally present your Genting Rewards Membership Card to enjoy your membership benefits and privileges.
There is no membership expiry once you have joined our Genting Rewards programme. Your Membership Tier status is automatically reviewed based on the Genting Points you earn within a 12-month period.

You can replace your Membership Card at any Membership Counter. A replacement fee will apply.

Genting Dollars

GD are a virtual currency for you to spend at all participating merchants resort-wide when you earn GP.

You can utilise your GD to redeem Stay, Play, Shop and Dine privileges within the integrated resort. For redemption, 1 GD = S$1*(unless otherwise stated).

20% administration fee applies to Resorts World™ Sentosa 3rd Party Participating Outlets.

GD cannot be used for casino levy and online purchases.

Controlled items like cigarettes and other tobacco products are also not permitted for GD redemption. Members can choose to pay by cash or credit card.

No, benefits of Genting Rewards Membership is non-transferable. Member must be present upon redemption. Redemption of GD on behalf of member is not allowed.
No, GD are not exchangeable for cash.
There is no limit to the amount of GD you can redeem from your membership account.
Any Base GD earned is valid for 24 months from the date earned.
Any Rebates GD awarded is valid for 3 months from the date of awarding.
The GD accumulated may be capped. GD accumulation will cease once the cap is reached. Resorts World™ Sentosa may revise the applicable GD cap at its sole discretion.
No, GD earned in Singapore can only be used at Resorts World™ Sentosa.
No, products and services redeemed with GD cannot be refunded. Please check the product at the participating outlets prior to making any GD redemption.
Members may be entitled to be awarded rebates GDs based on the number of GPs earned in the previous month. In the event that a Member is entitled to at least 5 rebates GDs, such rebates GDs shall be awarded and shall be valid for up to 3 months from the date of award. In the event that a Member is entitled to less than 5 rebates GDs, such Member will not be awarded any rebates GDs.
Available to Gold Club Members and above, simply attain primary criteria of your membership tier and receive 20% Retention Bonus. With that, you only need to accumulate another 80% Genting Points to secure your membership status for the following year.
